About Us

Marcin Solski graduated from the Faculty of Management at the University of Economics in Poznań, majoring in International Economic Relations. He started his professional career in 2001, joining the audit and economic consulting department of the Ernst & Young branch in Poznań, where he worked until September 2008.

Marcin has extensive experience in conducting audits and reviews of financial statements and reporting packages prepared in accordance with Polish, international and American accounting standards, individual statements and consolidated production, trade and service companies (including those listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange).

He also provides advisory services, incl. in the field of accounting systems, internal control systems and accounting policy, Member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) in Great Britain, Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), member of the Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA).

Member of the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners (ACFE). Substantive trainer in the field of research methodology and reviews of financial statements and reporting packages.

In 2008-2009, he gained experience as a Finance Director in a joint-stock company belonging to a large Capital Group listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange.
